1. Services Provided
Tevin's Notary Agency provides mobile notary services, remote online notarization (RON), and loan signing agent services. Our services are performed in accordance with Florida state laws and regulations governing notary public activities.
2. Identification Requirements
All signers must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, state ID card, passport, or military ID. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification cannot be verified.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payment methods. Travel fees and after-hours surcharges may apply based on location and scheduling requirements.
4. Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Liability Limitations
As a notary public, we are prohibited from providing legal advice or preparing legal documents. We cannot verify the legality, accuracy, or completeness of documents presented for notarization.
6. Remote Online Notarization
RON services are conducted in compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 117 and all applicable regulations. Signers must have access to a device with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all documents and personal information encountered during notarization.
